Height is very rough but the property is a victorian terrace with top attic room. Priority is to remove corroded front guttering(Cast) and replace with plastic. Roof is typical terrace L-shaped but deeper to accomodate3rd storey, top attic gable. Roof is slate construction. This is my dad's property, he is a disabled 87 year old man, so we are on a very tight budget. Hope somone may be able to help.
