To give access for workmen to install boiler through roof from kitchen below. (3rd floor roof)

| Access restrictions | Can get access through to back easly, but am trying to get permission to run it out the front, as there is an unoccupied flat at the front at present. So could run it up from here, rather than having to be in someone's back garden. |
| Obstacles | On both sides are other flats and windows. As would not be able to run it anywhere else, as these would be public access doors to back and front of building/ Flats. |
